      Ingredients

      • 2 parts Saint Liberty Berties Bear Gulch Bourbon
      • 1 part freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
      • 1 part rich honey syrup

      Instructions

      Combine ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass over ice. A variation of the classic Whiskey Sour that’s made with honey instead of simple syrup.
