Mediterranean Gin & Tonic

Ingredients
- 1 part Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 3 parts Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
- Plenty of fresh ice
- Lemon thyme or a twist of lemon peel
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass or a highball with plenty of large, fresh ice cubes
- Pour over a measure of Bombay Sapphire, then top up with chilled Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
- Garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme or a curl of lemon peel.
