Gin
Ingredients
- 1 ounce gin
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 3 ounces Champagne or sparkling wine
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
- Pour gin, lemon juice, ice, and simple syrup into a shaker
- Shake until well-chilled
- Strain into a fluted glass
- Top with Champagne or sparkling wine
- Garnish with a lemon twist
